[PATCH] ARM: OMAP: camera: build infrastructure

I have attached patch which updates omap camera build infrastructure.
Making a place for OMAP2 stuff. If we are agree on this then defconfigs
needs update, which I can submit next.

Tested with building h3 and h2 defconfigs.
