ARM: OMAP: USB OHCI needs USB_HOST_HHC_UHOST_EN

Looks like 16xx OHCI still needs USB_HOST_HHC_UHOST_EN although
some documentation claims that it does not. Commented out
reset of MOD_CONF_CTRL_0 until a proper fix is done.
