librsvg fix for jade 1.3.

fixed the cvsdate for gconf-dbus_svn

updated to qemu 0.82 from oe.dev to familiar with patches to enable building with gcc 4.x

updated familiar to use dbus 0.94. That caused also the update of modules using DBUS api. Thanks for the oe.openembedded.dev for the patches. Other fixes includes the update to bluetooth for adding the support to load of texas instrument specific firmware script during hciattach automatically if present. That will fasten the bt radio from 115200 to 921600

minimo: add 0.016 including contributions courtesy of Paul Parsons.

- This is a merge of the old minimo package by Phil Blundell, an updated
  version I had done for minimo 0.014 (used to hang on startup due to
  a bug fixed upstream), and the tarball submitted by Paul Parsons
  in hh.org Bug #1716.

- Not everything from #1716 is included. In particular, the standard
  globe icon is still used as that is what people are used to associating
  with a web browser.

- The preferences dialogs work after a modification I made to the
  mozconfig. Settings set in those dialogs are, however, apparently ignored.

- SSR and the Homebar are not functional in this version.

- I renamed the minimo.patch from #1716 to lost-distance.patch. It needs
  to be re-diffed as a unified diff, split up into logical parts, and
  where appropriate it would be great to push it upstream (via mozilla
  bugzilla).

base-files, initscripts: stop the populate-volatiles madness. reinstate populate-var.sh. fix upgrade path by re-adding /etc/resolv.conf.

- populate-volatiles.sh needs > 5 seconds to create a handful of files/directories
- removing /etc/resolv.conf from the package broke upgrades since ipkg will
  remove it and no longer be able to perform DNS lookups
- also add /etc/resolv.conf to CONFFILES
- and remove all sorts of cruft that has accumulated over the years
- this was all working fine 2 years ago...
